Building Trust in Cancer Care
Challenge:
A digital health company, sought to revolutionize the cancer care journey with a platform designed to give patients control of their own care while improving the interactions between patients, healthcare providers, and insurers. Entering the oncology market, our client needed a brand identity and user interface that reflected their mission of humanizing an otherwise stressful and complex journey for cancer patients and their families. The company also required strategic marketing and go-to-market (GTM) support to build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum.

- Brand Identity & Visual Design: YP developed a hopeful and uplifting brand identity for the client that would resonate with cancer patients and survivors. This included developing a brand personality that emphasized being uplifting, trusted, and empathetic, all while reflecting the real and complex journey of cancer care.
- User Interface (UI) Design: YP translated the client’s mission into an intuitive, patient-centered user interface that was clean, simple and designed for easy navigation, allowing patients to track symptoms, medications, and doctor visits with ease. The process integrated patient testing to ensure that the platform met real user needs, leading to promising results and high patient satisfaction.
- Launch & Go-to-Market (GTM) Plan: YP partnered with the leadership team to build a comprehensive marketing strategy that targeted the unique needs of cancer patients, caregivers, providers, and payers. This involved identifying ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and conducting interviews with cancer counselors to understand key patiernt pain points, seveloping value propositions for multiple stakeholders, and crafting technical copy for the website, optimized for SEO to improve visibility in searches relevant to cancer care and digital health. We created a comprehensive launch plan that included event marketing, partnerships with healthcare providers, and lead generation efforts, all designed to raise awareness and drive adoption.
